Tagged. . .again!

1. I don't like to swim in the ocean. Once when Jed and I were in Puerta Vallarta with his extended family, we were snorkeling and it was dark, sorta murky water. We jumped out of the little boat and swam around a bit. I struggled to get the handle of snorkeling but after a little while I felt little pin pricks stinging all over my body. I tried swimming to a different spot but got the same feeling. I guess you could say I freaked out and since then I have been on only a few beautiful beaches but I prefer to sit on the sand!

2. I get excited about the rain in Utah. When the weather report has 2 or more raindrops on a certain day I say a prayer of thanks! My friends think it's crazy to look forward to rainy days. Although this year, too many snow days not enough rainy.

3. I love blueberries! Last summer when I was pregnant I spent a huge chunk of the grocery budget on blueberries from Sam's Club and I would eat a whole 2 pound carton in one sitting. You'd think I'd be done with them this year but I can't wait for the season.

4. My favorite time of the year is the Fall. I love the cooler temperatures, the leaves changing color, school starting and college football. My favorite type of Saturday in the Fall is staying home, doing odd and ends chores and watching 2-3 college football games. Sometimes it doesn't even matter who's playing I love it so much but alas Go Buckeyes!

5. I'm a car person. I can usually name whatever car is on the road at any given time. I used to be able to tell you the model too but not so much anymore. I love thinking about cars and seeing new and different cars on the road because it becomes a challenge to know what kind they are. I know, weird huh?

6. When I am in a snacking mood one of my favorites is bananas and Fritos.

7. One of my favorite memories of my mom was when she came to college when I was a Sophomore and spent a few days with me. She had just gotten back from a cruise with Dad's family and she was so fun to be with! I remember her hair being a reddish brown and I thought she looked so young.

I worked so hard at thinking of my seven things and then I pushed them off my blog by doing a bunch of pictures. So for those of you who didn't get to read it, here it is!

I love your favorite memory! How sweet! I love fresh blueberries too and Robert thinks they are junk??? Weirdo that man is! I read your comment on the training run and what Jed does I think our men are just so awesome that they have the energy to do all that stuff dumbfounds me! If I spend a day running 10 miles I may not be able to move the rest of the day...hiking 5 up hill is about enough to do me in for the day..ready to sleep...I think I am getting old or something?
