We had the awesome opportunity to share a houseboat with our friends/neighbors this past week. They also have a speed boat so it was amazing to really enjoy the beauty of that area. We loved being in the water almost nonstop and exploring all around where we were "parked". I can't find my camera yet since unpacking but as soon as I do, I'll get pictures posted. Cannon learned to knee board, Rachel tried to water ski and Jed learned to wake board. Leah learned to love the water and Devon spent the majority of the time avoiding the water except when he was hot. I lounged around as much as possible, ate great food but didn't get up on the skis. My favorite part of the week was after all the kids went to sleep and the adults sat outside and talked. But you know me, a vacation is all about relaxation! Now it's back to work! I've decided to do the Bryce Canyon Half Marathon which is a week from Saturday. I haven't really trained much and hope that I can at the very least have a good time!

Sounds like a very great vacation! I want to try water skiing this year for the first time since I hurt myself back when I was HUGE and tried it..ha ha! A half marathon without much training, now that is impressive!
