Devon and Leah

Devon and Leah are going through a stage where Leah likes to follow Devon around EVERYWHERE! She'll try to climb on his bed or steal his toys and he just lets her do whatever she wants at that moment. It's so great! I never hear or see Devon get frustrated with her, granted he's pretty busy these days so if they are both home together it's nice. Plus with her 2, sometimes 3 naps a day still she is pretty busy herself. One thing that is fun is Leah will sit very still when she is on the table or counter or the office desk. She loves to just be wherever we are so if I'm cooking or Devon's playing a game on the computer, that's where she wants to be. She'll get into stuff but she hasn't fallen off . . . yet. Devon's biggest complaint is that she'll get in the way of the monitor when he's playing a game. Lately I've been waiting until I pick Devon up from Preschool to go to the gym so that Leah can have her morning nap. That way they are there together, too. He takes such good care of her and makes sure that she is happy. The aides at the playplace always comment that Devon is a good big brother.
